Refund policy

At Blackbole, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy:

- Size or Other Issues:  
  If you face any issue related to size, style, or preference, the product must be returned immediately in front of the delivery person. Once accepted, the return process will be initiated.

- Damaged Products:  
  If the product is received in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Any complaint raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

- Return Conditions:  
  - The item must be unused and in its original packaging.  
  - Original invoice must be presented.  
  - Tags and labels must be intact.

2. Refund Policy:

- Refund Processing Time:  
  Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

- Refund Method:  
  The refund will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Card).

- Shipping Fees:  
  Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or the wrong product was sent.
