1. Shipping Coverage

BlackBole currently delivers within Bangladesh only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During flash sales, campaigns, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend up to 3 business days.

3. Delivery Time (Bangladesh)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unavoidable circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and are displayed at checkout.

  • All Over Bangladesh: ৳90 – ৳130

Shipping fees may vary during promotional or flash sale campaigns.

5. Payment & Shipping Terms

  • Some products or campaigns may require full advance payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on the product and campaign.

  • Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers may receive:

  • A confirmation SMS or email

  • Courier tracking details (if applicable)

For tracking assistance, customers may contact BlackBole support.

7. Failed, Returned, or Delayed Deliveries

BlackBole is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Customer unavailability at delivery time

  • Courier service issues beyond our control

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Parcel Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel in front of the delivery personnel.

If any issue is found:

  • Do not accept the parcel

  • Contact BlackBole immediately

Once accepted, the parcel will be considered successfully delivered.
