Terms and Conditions for BlackBole Affiliate Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to the BlackBole Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering as an affiliate. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not join the program.

2. Affiliate Enrollment

  • To enroll in the BlackBole Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your affiliate account.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a BlackBole affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote BlackBole products in a lawful and ethical manner.
  • Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Ensure that all promotional content, including advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns, is accurate and does not misrepresent BlackBole or its products.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to affiliate marketing and online advertising.
  • Not make any false claims or promises about BlackBole products.

4. Affiliate Commissions

  • Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
  • Commission rates and payment terms will be communicated to affiliates upon acceptance into the program. BlackBole reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with prior notice.
  • Commissions will only be paid for sales that are successfully completed and not refunded or canceled.
  • Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold as specified by BlackBole.

5. Affiliate Marketing Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Using unauthorized or misleading promotional methods, including but not limited to spam, unsolicited email, or misleading claims.
  • Bidding on BlackBole's trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary terms in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Engaging in cookie stuffing, adware, or other unethical practices to generate commissions.
  • Misrepresenting themselves as BlackBole or making false claims about their relationship with BlackBole.

6. Intellectual Property

  • BlackBole grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlackBole's trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting BlackBole products.
  • Affiliates must not modify or alter BlackBole's trademarks, logos, or promotional materials without prior written consent.

7. Termination

  • BlackBole reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
  • Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to BlackBole.
  • Upon termination, affiliates will no longer have access to their affiliate accounts and will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BlackBole will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.
  • BlackBole makes no representations or warranties regarding the affiliate program, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or materials provided to affiliates.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

BlackBole reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.
