Questions
Is my advance safe?
Yes. If your order does not reach you within 20 days, you can cancel and we refund your full advance. You can also cancel within 24 hours of ordering.
Why is the price shown in full?
The price on every pre-order style is the full price. You pay half of it today to reserve it, and the other half when it is delivered.
When will it arrive?
In 15 to 20 days from your order, anywhere in Bangladesh.
Can I exchange the size?
Each pre-order piece travels a long way to reach you, chosen for you alone, so we are unable to offer a size exchange. The sizes for each style are shown on its product page. Before you order, message us and we will gladly help you find your perfect fit.
How do I pay the rest?
In cash to the rider when your order arrives, after you have checked it.
